My home , well one can see that it is a beautiful Florida setting of which is why we move to the Sunshine State . Surrounded by water front on two sides . I can jump in my boat and go to lakes near and far. I can fish off my dock . I can park my rv out on the lawn and view all nature avails. Peace and quiet , sunshine and warmth , and no state income tax with low a property tax . Come on New York , you gotta appreciate that ! This home is comfortable and accommodating. Oh sure you can update many parts of it . Do you have to , not really . Has AC to cool you and heat to keep you commfy . Private road that accommodates those of us that live on this private island , five homes. Hurricanes ? Flooding ? Earthquakes ? Tornados ? Wildfire ? Not yet . Hurricanes are pretty much fizzled out at this location . State controls the water level . Earthquakes , not yet . Wildfires , not yet . Got water around us . Only God can change what it is .
