Two (optional) Village resident ID cards are available for an additional $50.00 fee. The Villages is an active adult (55+) community. Not suitable for children. Rental Policy: $750 Reservation Fee due within 7 days of booking. At move in this will become your refundable damage/security deposit. Rent, tax and $150 cleaning fee due on or before 60 days prior to lease commencement date. If cancelled in writing after final payment is made, Lessor will refund all rent that the Lessor is able to recoup for the lease term. Cleaning Fee will be refunded at 100%. $750 Security deposit will be refunded no longer than 14 days after the Lease ends assuming any required repairs are complete.
