The building has an elevator and offers free on-site parking for up to 2 cars. San Remo is a small (only 39 units) boutique-style property that affords you the quaintness of home with the added peace of mind of being secure as the building is equipped with security cameras. This third level unit contains 1135 square feet of living space and includes two bedrooms, two baths, a full-size kitchen, and a full-size washer and dryer. The unit has 3 televisions along with a DVD player and free Wi-Fi Internet. This newly updated condo has all the conveniences of home with the beautiful white sand beach just steps away. Condo 204 has been superbly furnished and tastefully decorated to provide you with the utmost in conveniences and enjoyment. The roomy master bedroom includes an attached bath and a big walk-in closet. The second bedroom has bunkbeds with a twin bed on top and a full-size bed on the bottom. The condo is super clean. We are certain you will feel very relaxed here as you prepare delectable home-cooked meals in the kitchen which is stocked with appliances, cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. The dining table accommodates 4 persons and there are 2 extra chairs that can be used for seating located in the laundry room. For your continued comfort both baths have been updated with new tiles, fixtures, sinks, lighting, and mirrors. There is a ceiling fan in the living room and the AC is as cold as can be to keep you comfortable on hot days. An oversized 200 square-foot balcony overlooks the Intercoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. Condo guests have use of the ocean front heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Beautiful sunsets can be observed from the condo balcony or the common lanai area complete with a gazebo and outside barbecues right off the beautiful white sand beach. Shower and bathrooms are also located in the buildings large communal area. Shallow Gulf waters and soft sand make for pleasant swimming and relaxation. We want to make your stay with us as carefree as possible. Therefore, we've provided plenty of beach gear such as: chairs, towels, umbrellas, coolers, tennis rackets, a beach canopy, kids beach toys, and cart in the condo. Additionally, for your indoor entertainment we have equipped the condo with a DVD player, movies, board games, puzzles, and books. Redington Shores is quiet, relaxing, and has many excellent restaurants and bars all within walking distance or a short drive. Grocery store and pharmacy are both within 2 miles. Redington Shores is approximately one square mile in size and is mainly a waterfront residential community. It is known for its sparkling white sand, tranquil waters, and laid-back family vibe. San Remo Condominium has a location that is close to it all. World Famous John's Pass Village is only a 10-minute drive south on Gulf Boulevard. It offers a vast marina, terrific shopping, delicious waterfront dining, and a variety of water sports rentals and water excursions. From Jet-Ski rentals and paddle boarding to parasailing and dolphin watching cruises there is something for just about everyone. Fishing charters are available as well. John's Pass also boasts a lovely boardwalk simply for sightseeing. Clearwater Beach is only a 15 minute drive north on Gulf Boulevard and here too you will find a sizable marina with countless eateries and numerous shopping opportunities. Clearwater Beach is also home to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium where you can see Winter from the movie, Dolphin Tale. There is still more to do in Redington Shores as miniature golf is a mere 5 minutes away and the Philadelphia Phillies and Toronto Blue Jays Spring Training games are 30 minutes away. Saint Petersburg has several art galleries and art museums including the well-known Museum of Fine Arts, The Dali Museum, and The James Museum all of which are only 25 minutes away. This area of Saint Petersburg has a festive-like music scene and offers a myriad of dining options as well as lots of shopping. Downtown Saint Petersburg also features Tropicana Field home to the Tampa Bay Rays. ATM and Bank are located directly across the street from the condo.
Saint Petersburg/Clearwater Airport is 25 minutes away. Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away. The Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks are 45 minutes away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are 45 minutes away. The Disney Theme Parks, Universal, and Sea World are 90 minutes away. If you prefer to stay more local and do without the hassle of directions and parking, the Sun Coast Beach Trolley stops right outside the building. For $5 you can get on and off all day, traveling from Clearwater Beach to Saint Petersburg Beach and stopping anywhere in between. The trolley has free Wi-Fi and runs every 20 to 30 minutes along the beach from 5 AM to 10 PM or until midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Deposit of $500.00 is required to reserve the condo. Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No refunds are issued within the 30 days of the booking date unless the owner is able to rebook or there is a hurricane warning issued by the National Weather Service. Please park on either side of the building in a non-reserved space. Also, two parking passes are included. Pool gate is the same code used for the lobby doors (lobby doors are locked at all times). Check in time is 4 PM and checkout time is 10 AM. Smoking is not permitted in the unit or the balcony. The unit does not have a landline phone. We welcome you to your home away from home.
